Class-G Power with Precision Dynamics
At the heart of the AVA35 lies Arcam’s efficient Class-G amplification topology, delivering up to 125 W per channel in two-channel operation and 100 W per channel when all nine channels are driven. This approach combines the sonic purity of traditional linear designs with the dynamic headroom and controlled output necessary for demanding multichannel layouts. Whether driving floorstanding speakers or immersive surround arrays, the AVA35 provides controlled, articulate performance across the frequency spectrum.
Advanced Immersive Decoding and Flexibility
The AVA35 supports an extensive range of immersive audio formats, including Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, IMAX Enhanced, and AURO-3D, enabling a three-dimensional audio experience that places objects and effects all around and above the listener. With up to 16 channels of processing and Matrix Channel Assignment, users can freely assign amplified channels to different speaker roles, unlocking flexible system configurations for complex layouts like 7.1.4 or beyond.
Future-Ready Connectivity and Streaming
Connectivity is comprehensive, with HDMI 2.1a inputs and multiple outputs supporting up to 8K/60 Hz and 4K/120 Hz video, plus HDR formats such as Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and HLG. Gaming-friendly features like VRR and ALLM are built in, while eARC support ensures full-band audio from modern TVs. The AVA35 also integrates robust network and wireless streaming, including Apple AirPlay, Google Cast, Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect, Qobuz Connect, Roon Ready, Bluetooth 5.4 with Snapdragon Sound and Auracast, internet radio, and UPnP playback.
Dirac Room Correction and Intuitive Control
To optimize sound for the listening environment, the AVA35 includes Dirac Live Room Correction as standard, with optional upgrades for Dirac Live Bass Control and Active Room Treatment to refine spatial and low-frequency performance. A high-resolution 6.5-inch colour display presents metadata and system status, while the Arcam Radia app and included remote control offer flexible control and straightforward setup.
