The SR325 uses Grado's 44mm X2 dynamic driver. It combines a Mylar diaphragm, copper voice coil, and rare earth magnet system engineered for efficiency and control. As a result, the tuning favours articulation and speed, delivering tight bass, forward midrange clarity, and crisp high-frequency extension.
Headband
This model incorporates Grado's Signature Silver headband assembly, developed from the same engineering platform as the Signature Gold system. The assembly uses engraved, reinforced polymer gimbals and junction blocks. As a result, it retains the improved geometry and controlled rotation of the Gold platform while shedding weight. Furthermore, a genuine leather headstrap with contrasting white stitching improves comfort. Meanwhile, an internal steel spring band lets listeners adjust clamping pressure with ease.
Cable
The SR325 comes supplied with Grado's Signature Silver cable, which offers reduced weight and improved flexibility compared with earlier designs. Consequently, handling feels lighter without compromising durability.
